Ottawa's guide to good inexpensive restaurants

...this is a wonderful veggie spot with friendly staff and a new age atmosphere; quite peaceful as long as the fire fighters next door are at ease. Unlike other vegie joints, this is not a weigh & pay buffet, so food is served hot. Samosas ($1.95) are de rigueur simply for the accompanying tangy chutney. Lunch and dinner are both cheap, and while you won't be stuffed, you will be full. I'd say this is the best best vegetarian restaurant in Ottawa.
